OTRS Agents Notifications

Hello all,

I have a very different problem can't seem to find on search or maybe i am not creative enuff.

My system was working fine i havn't changed any configurations or anything. Let me give you an overview of my system

OTRS 3.1.2
Centos 6
Mysql Server
Apache

our mail system is from google with our domain. So the settings are same i.e. pop.gmail.com n smtp.gmail.com etc

everything was working fine just 2 days back agents stop getting notifications or delayed notifications it's pretty much random delayed means coming after 2 days. on their outlook email. I can send tickets external as in to customer or reply to a external customer then i get the ticket

I never created Notification (EVENT) so i use the default queue system as i have permission and selected all the queues from the user preferences.

So today i formatted my system with fresh install (after backup) and i am getting same problem. I think it could be the gmail filtering the tickets. i will talk to my email administrator tomorrow and see if thats the problem. Becuase otrs works perfect out of the box and i don't have any errors on syslog i even turned off firewall and selinux. But even thout otrs is able to send ext. emails outside domain addresses

Guys really appreciate if someone can help me out here

so your maillog, syslog, messages tells you that the notifications have been send to the external smtp?

in this way it shouldn t be your fault, after the external smtp acccepted your incoming mail.
