Hello! I have problem: I use OTRS 3.1.3. In salutation I have "Уважаемый(ая) <OTRS_CUSTOMER_REALNAME>,". When I chose answer ticket - <OTRS_CUSTOMER_REALNAME> changes to real customer name - all works, but if I want to merge this ticket with other - in comment <OTRS_CUSTOMER_REALNAME> changes to "support" (real name of suppor@... mailbox). How I can fix it?
