Hallo,
wir nutzen OTRS 3.0.11 mit HTTPBasicAuth und wollen iPhoneHandle 1.0.3 benutzen.
Weiss jemand, ob das von der IPhone-APP überhaupt unterstürzt wird?
Die Fehlermeldung am iPhone deutet jedenfalls darauf hin, dass die APP keine http-Authentifizierung macht
und deshalb vom Apache keinen Zugriff auf json.pl erhält.
Für Tips wäre ich dankbar.

ich hab die iPhone App nicht zur Hand, aber ich gehe mal davon aus das da eine URL eingegeben werden muss. Wenn dem so ist hilft evtl. folgender Trick bei der URL:
http(s)://user:passwort@host/pfad/json.pl
