OTRS 3.1.2 - When I try to add a Note and Submit - the window stays open and the article never gets added. Inbound/Outbound Phone both work - Pending works as does Priority.
Neither OTRS System Log nor HTTPD error_log seem to show anything.
ideas?
Removed a non-existant dynamic field from the 'viewNote' sys config area - we're fine now.
Notes not adding - RESOLVED
