Can we create tooltips for services in Customer frontend.
The tooltip should be the respective comment field for the service. This should change if the services are changed.
Any help on this is appreciated.

You would probably need to edit the dtl files controlling those pages to insert tooltips is my guess. I don't think OTRS has any built in tooltip feature.
