Hi Everybody,
we are experiencing the following behaviour with our OTRS.
I've got a Ticket with the state 'work in progress'.
I forward an email I received in my personal Outlook Inbox to the ticket mentioned before.
The state of the ticket is then set to 'new'. Is there any way to stop otrs from changing the ticket state?
