i develop a new modul which manages some checklists. Checklists are simple Word or PDF Documents. The interface for managing the checklists is already finished. I am able to create new Checklists (including "Name" and "Link") and update them. All information are saved in the database.
The Problem that i have is that i want to display these Checklists in the AgentTicketZoom. There is already a standard ActionRow with some Actions for closing a ticket or make a note. I wish to have it like this:
Finaly i do not realy know how i get my checklists data into the AgentTicketZoom. Can anyone help with this issue? That would be great.
