Workflow - reopening a ticket

how to enable re-opening of a request ? On re-opening i would like the request to hit back the agent again..

The workflow which i want to configure is Open --> Assigned --> Resolved --> Closed . On re-opening the request will be pushed back to open status.

is it possible to achieve this in OTRS ?
