Hi all the community,
I'm trying to show the same Ticket Free Text fields that I have in the new ticket page for agents but in the view zoom for customers. (OTRS 3.0.11)
SysConfig and everything is ok, they are defined and available in the new ticket page, but not able to see them in the CustomerViewZoom. We need to have the fields like in the AgentTicketNote, so that the customer can modify the fields in the case it's needed. It's a request from our client.
What am I missing about FreeTextFields for the Customer Zoom Page? Of course, if I enable them to be shown in the Customer new ticket page, they are shown. Here is where I get lost.

As nobody answers, just to say that that's not a feature of OTRS and it means that you should develop by yourself or by asking help to otrs support.

Customers may be able to view-only Ticket FreeTextFields after submission. viewtopic.php?f=62&p=61843#p55172
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
