Any modules out there for tracking the ordering of, inventory of, receiving of, shipping of.... consumables like ink, toner, CD's etc.

Looking for something like this- v.3.1.7 (new install) ISTM 3.1.4 (new install):
We are looking to track internal parts ordering such as ink, toner, cd's, etc. into inventory
This would require fields like order date, received date,part number, cross reference PN, and the ability to separate orders in the case of an order that is shipped in multiple packages.
We would then like end users of the OTRS software to be able to request these parts.
Upon shipment to the end user, the inventory would be adjusted and the end user would receive an email verification of the part being shipped.
Lastly an auto generated email would go out to the end user (after x days) asking for verification of delivery where the end user would have to confirm delivery, in turn closing the case, if the user did not receive the part, the support desk would be notified and could track the package... possibly adding a LOST item, returned to sender or diverted shipment.
There may already be something like this out there and I am willing to pay but I am on a budget.
