Practically anything that runs Windows or Linux.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

everywhere, where you can run a webserver and PERL > 5.8.8.
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Windows 7 is not a server OS so it should not be used on production servers. (OTRS will also run on client OS).

I suggest to use Linux based OS
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
