Notification for pendin auto close +

Hi,

I got a Notification (event) to send an email to customer when the ticket is closed.

Is it posible to have a different email for tickets that closes from an auto close + state? And just for this type and not for the rest?

add a new state "closed from pending" as type "closed", set that as an available (only available) state in your pending window, react to it.

Not sure if I understood what you mean.

I know how to create a state, but just decide if available everywhere, no for a certain place.

I did create the new state, new notification, asign to it. But what I don't find is make it hidden from all agent windows. Any help?
