Hi there
Does anyone know if it is possible to disable customer notifications for a 'new phone ticket'.
I would though like to keep notifications on for 'new email tickets'
We would like to create new phone tickets through out the day but not have any notifications sent through to the clients mailbox.
I would be grateful to hear from anyone who has an idea for how we can disable this
