Owner field doesn't not reflect Queues and Groups

Hello, I've setup my Queues and Groups to be the same. The problem is if I want to move a ticket to a different queue and at the same time, assign a new owner from that queue, the owner field values does not reflect the list of agents for that new queue/group. Do you know how this can be done? I've doubled checked my queues, groups and roles and made sure that agents are assigned to correct ones. Thanks for any help.

After some more trial and error, I found the issue. Each agent would need to select the queues that they belong in their account in order for their names to appear in the ticket owner drop down selections. :D
