German umlauts problem.

Hello,

In otrs page:
otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentDashboard

i have german umlauts displayed incorrectly but when i change encoding in firefox from UTF-8 to iso-8859-1 then these umlauts are displayed correctly...

i'm using nginx and OTRS 3.1.7 - any clue why it works like this?

perhaps wrong OTRS setup or wrong config of your nginx
