[SOLVED] Need to edit tickets created by emails

I created some dynamic fields but when customers put tickets in through email, I am not able to go into the ticket and edit the dynamic field. Is there a way to do this? Thanks

shure, you can edit them in the Ticket Functions like priority, note, free fields.

You just need to activate them for this form via sysconfig

I have all of them activated, however I have "Location" and "Room Number" as a dynamic field but I am not able to edit them

for enabling htem in the dialog Free text you have to edit Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketFreeText###DynamicField
