Map people within existing OUs to Services within OTRS

Hi,

We are currently implementing OTRS and have a customer base of approx 1500. These people sit within various Business Units within the company. Naturally, depending on what BU you belong to you will have access to differnet services. We don't want to manually assign services to each customer by going through the Customer-Service Relations screen within OTRS. All customers of a single Business Unit are contained within a separate Active Directory container. Is it possible to map the people within these containers to a service(s)? If yes, can somebody explain how this can be done? If no, can somebody let me know an efficient method for doing the mapping?

Option 2) Default services and ACLS.
