example:
Subject: (Incoming Mail - "Company Name")
How can i make the subject look like this?

Why do you need this? It's already tagged via the article type.

Really? but how you do it, so when you sent or receive email via agent or customer, the subject will also show together. example err Subject: You've got a follow up! (Out - [xxxx Pte Ltd] - [1 env]) [Ticket#2012083110000011]. This is the end result i wanted. I had already move the ticket ID to the back however i cant seem to find ways to show this part (Out - [xxxx Pte Ltd] - [1 env]) on mail subjects. Sorry because i just started using otrs last 3 days.

You'll have to figure out what creates the appropriate subject and modify there. When I said, "it's already tagged via the article type", I mean it's tagged in otrs's article history.
I don't understand why you want a super long subject either. Wouldn't "You've got a followup!" be "Incoming" anyway? change it there.

ok i will try to give it a shot.
The main reason for the super long subject is for my learning purpose since i had saw people doing it and i am curious about it
