Hi guys!
New to OTRS, I have a fresh install, and am going through my initial configuration.... I was wondering if someone could tell me if there is a way to automatically set pending autoclose+ time to lets say..... 3 or 4 days? I KNow that it can be done by the agent on the time they change the status, but it would be great if I could have those drop downs automatically be 3 or 4 days in the future.
Any ideas?

Unfortunately (?) It's global. search for PendingDiffTime in SysConfig.
Edit Config Settings in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent
Time in seconds = days x 24 hours x 60 minutes x 60 seconds (or multiples of 86,400) or, of course, any handful of seconds.
