I think someone can help me, i wanted to insert an image to customer portal in ticket creation where image represent for Proirity and SLA table which is an image please help me how to add this image on customer portal ticket creation page. i have attached screenshot what i actually need.

you need to change the CustomerTicketMessage.dtl

I know jojo it should be changed in CustomerTicketMessage.dtl but do not know the code's to put in an image in CustomerTicketMessage.dtl can i have an sample codes for putting an image in .dtl files which will be very helpful thanks and waiting for your reply.
