RSS feeds for customer interface

I would like to add RSS Feeds in customer interface.Can you direct me as to which all files need to be modified?

depends where to display. Please read the admin and devel documentation first and learn the filesystem structure of OTRS

I want to display on the customer new ticket page..as it is there is a lot of empty space on the right hand side.Want to add a rss feed there.
