Hi

I am getting the below 2 errors

Check "max_allowed_packet" setting.
"max_allowed_packet" should be higher than 7 MB (it's 1 MB).

Check "query_cache_size" setting.
The setting "query_cache_size" should be used.

Kindly let me know what should i do & where/how will i find these settings?

Hi,

these are settings of the mysql database. The need to be changed in the my.cnf

Please ask your database admin for support, where the file was found and if you can restart the mysql server after changing these settings
