Two problem face on CustomerMessageTicket

There are certain things i want to ask is whether anyone of you had face this two problem.

1) If you have created template from the CustomerMessageTIcket.Dtl and you use it, it will always have a message box showing 'One or more errors occurred!' and possible solution for it to not prompt?

2) If a dynamic drop down box field is created and being used on Customer Interface, it will always refresh the page and brings you back to the top of the page once you make a selection. are there anyway to stop the refreshing whenever i select something from the dynamic drop down box field?
