How to restart the OTRS service in Linux ?

Dear all,

How to restart the OTRS service in Linux ? why i hit the error why i use the following command,

-bash-3.2$ rcotrs restart-force
-bash: rcotrs: command not found

/etc/init.d/otrs might help
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Never change Defaults.pm! :: Blog

the otrs script will just rebuild the cron jobs
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
