Mail : Admin mail sent to customer

Dear folks,

Ver : OTRS 3.1.8

The mails(Escalation mails) which are related to Admin were sent to Customer.
Did anybody come across this issue ?
It would be helpful if you provide the solution.

Where did you create the content of these mails?
- Agent notifications
- Notification management

Is it a standard agent notification?
