ConfigItem mandatory fields

ConfigItem mandatory fields

I'm trying to set up my own specific item type (Credentials) and I don't want to have Name, DeploymentState, IncidentState fields in new item creation form. How can disable those mandatory fields (or hide them and set to default) and attachment button?

just globally for all classes via translation files
