Hi
I am new to OTRS. I would like to link between Customer Users's CustomerID to Customer Company CustomerID. I wanted to display company information of customer on the ticket. So, I need some relation between Customer Users and Customer Company. Can anyone help me on this ???

Think of CustomerID as CompanyID. and once you have the CustomerID u can access any of the companies information.
Is that what you are trying to do?
