I have been looking on how to get the option of displaying columns as shown in the pic.
I know there is something small I missed. I have looked through the forums with no luck. Any help would be great.
I'm running otrs 3.2.1

I don't necessarily have an answer for this, which is why I haven't responded. Usually I point to viewtopic.php?f=60&t=5156, but I haven't had the time to do anything with 3.2.1, nor am I familiar with the source of this picture, so it is likely that I won't be able to provide appropriate assistance for this question, at least in the near future.
