Hello all,

Today I was doing a service job at one of our customers facilities and the IT staff mentioned my antiquated way of keeping service dockets (good old service docket book) and showed me there method of keeping track of tickets, I was wondering if there where any modifications to allow for custom forms and a signature block in this form (where customers can put down there signature) which then can be sent off to the accounts staff and to the customer?

Everything else will fit in with what we do, I just can't see a docket anywhere, would it be possible to get this on the iPhone app?

How is custom form and (I presume) paper signature related to Electronic or Security?

Eh. Nonetheless, there's a hack to add some lines to a pdf printout. Otherwise, if you're truly looking for "custom", it may be just as expedient to build what you seek in good old HTML or use something like jotform (not supported by this forum. just provided as an example)
