Upgrade from 3.1.11 to 3.2.1
I've upgraded from OTRS 3.1.11 to 3.2.1 (running on Ubuntu Server 12.04). When I open the Package Manager, I see that many packages are not currently deployed and that they need to be reinstalled. When I attempt to do so, I get an error message stating "Sorry, can't install/upgrade package, because the framework version required by the package (3.1.x;) does not match your Framework (3.2.1)!" When I refreshed the online repository, I saw that there were newer versions available for some of these packages (FAQ and Support). I clicked on "Upgrade" next to the latest FAQ and Support packages and they seem to have installed. I now no longer see a message in red at the top of the package manager page concerning the these two packages. However, I don't see newer versions for the remaining packages (GeneralCatalog, ImportExport, ITSM). Attempts to reinstall these packages result in the same error message about the framework version. Any recommendations on how to resolve this?
Re: Upgrade from 3.1.11 to 3.2.1
I was able to resolve this. All of the packages were part of the ITSM bundled package. I downloaded the OTRS ITSM 3.2.1 Bundled Package (from http://www.otrs.com/en/open-source/get- ... -download/) and installed it via Package Manager.
