CustomerID from maildomain

Hi

I am setting up OTRS 3.2 as test, and have some problems.

I want CustomerID on every new user to be the domain of the user email so every one from same company can access company tickets. But I cant find any for me understandable documentation on how to do that.

System i running on Windows and is standard installation.

just write it into the field for the customer id

Ofcause - but is it posible to have this function automated when user is autocreated when emailing a ticket? As it is now, customerid is auto set to emailaddress and all I want is that it is set to domainpart only.

customers are not autocreated by the system by incomming mails

I dont understand...Here at my site when mailing, a ticket is created and the tickets customerid is the same as tickets email. And under Customers there is a new customer whit customerid same sa the ticket.

But maybe I have done something wrong.
