I'm newbie in otrs..
I've setting filter email,
All of email with subject "otrs" will be placed in Raw queue..
Now, I want setting if email with subject not "otrs" will be ignored.
How can I setting it?
Please help me..

well, not fun, anyway.
regexpal seems to indicate
[^f][^r][^e][^d]
will select anything not fred.
Tried against this:
fred
fred jones
bob
tom fred
fred
derf
finds only bob and derf.
for case sensitivity problems, you may want [^Ff] ...

in SysConfig --> Core:PostMaster or I create now PostMaster Filters?
