New FAQ alert to Agents

Is there a way that when a new FAQ is created that an email will be sent out to Agents to let them know about the new FAQ? Thanks

Every agent? Agents who care? Agents who have access to the FAQ?

This is one of the reasons I abandoned using the FAQ module. Our agents share multiple OneNote notebooks hosted on a SharePoint server. All notes are automatically synced to all users as soon as automatic sync happens after the entry is made. No, no notifcation, but notebooks, sections, pages, and entries are now bold or colored and tagged with who did it.

I open OneNote and I know I have always the most recent data for every client I manage. I also know everyone else does, too. And they don't have to use an awkward web interface to get the information when they're in another tab.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

there are dashlets which will show new and updated FAQ articles

But no way to have an email automatically send out that a new FAQ was created?
