OTRS 3.1.1 -- OTRS-CGI-10 -- Errors

Hi there,

we have some wired error messeges on our OTRS 3.1.1 system.

ORTS-Webinterface:

OTRS-CGI-10 The change state requested is not known!
OTRS-CGI-10 Need Value!

The same in /var/log/syslog
