Hello, I am testing out the Customer Web Portal before we release it. Following the link: http://www.example.com/otrs/customer.pl, I get a login prompt as well as the option to create an account. I signed up for an account, new user, and each time I get this error message: Customer user can't be added!
Is this always the case? What would cause this message? How would a brand new user create an account?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
