Hello all,
I would like to enable customers to edit Dynamic fields / FreeText fields inside customer interface of existing tickets inside OTRS3.1.11.
When creating a new ticket - customer already can fill in the dynamic fields. (I have set the relevant keys inside Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###DynamicField)
Now I want to allow modification of these fields also inside ticket zoom, or when compiling a reply. I tried to add the same keys inside Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketZoom###DynamicField but only with minor success. Dynamic field content is now shown next to ticket title, but you cannot change the content.
Any tip for allowing customers to change dynamic fields of existing tickets would be great.
