[SOLVED] My tickets search doesn't work

Hello.
On the customer screen, the "my tickets" option doesn't work. "Company Tickets" doesn't work too. We have a lot of tickets opened for the same customer, but on the customer interface, we can not view its. Can you help us?

Always or recently? It is a new installation or did your changes before this failure occurred?

Always. Feel free to suggest any possible cause. we have revised all the customization and don't find the error.

We created a customer test user, and it has not any group assigned, then he can't view any ticket.
Using:
OTRS HELP DESK 3.3.5
