Hi, I can't auto reply in OTRS work, I send mails to a mail I've created, OTRS receive and create a ticket but he don't auto reply, you know why ?

No valid autoreply attached to queue. If you disagree, present logs that indicate otherwise.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
