show status of Changes on Customer Portal

Is there any way customers can follow through the Change requests initiated from their RfCs?
I would like them to see the states of their changes through the customer portal.
OTRS 3.1.7 on Linux RedHat with MySQL database connected to an Active Directory for Agents and Customers.
