Hi,
we have one problem when we close tickets.
When we try to attach a file to the ticket, the file is not sent to the customer.
Anyone can help me?

Use reply instead of close. with next state closed successfully.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Ok.
We can use the workaround using Reply instead of close.
But someone can help me to hide "Attachment" field on closed ticket view?
