Hi Team,

Please help me in this scenario.

Whenever a new ticket is raised in my particular queue, I Want to send a mail to my MarketingDeptHead and Assistant , regarding the new ticket.Kindly help me to configure this.
Please tell in detail like which and what all files need to modify etc.Tell in detail.

There are two ways:

1) Your Marketing Dept Head and the Assistant are already OTRS agents:
* Grant them permission to see the queue
* they mark that queue in their preferences as "My Queue"
* They activate notifications on new tickets in their preferences

2) They don't become OTRS agents
* Add a new Notification (Event) in the admin area
* Give it a name
* Insert the mail adresses of Marketing Dept Head and assistant in "Recipient email address" field
* Select event "TicketCreate"
* Select Queue
* Set subject and text
* Submit
