Upgrade 3.1.6 >> 3.2.8 on Windows 2008 + IIS + MS SQL

Hi!

I'm running live OTRS installation (ver. 3.1.6) on MS Windows Server 2008 R2 + IIS + MS SQL 2008 R2 + Active Directory.

Is it possible and are there any how-tos to ubgrade it to 3.2.8 with less actions (some automated/scripted upgrade)? Or I will have to uninstall old version, install new, reconnect DB and restore old config files?
