Company Tickets doesn't show tickets other users

I made a company and changed the customerid of two users to match customerid of the company. When I login the customer portal and click on "Company Tickets" I only see the tickets of the user currently logged in. When I search for a specific ticket id it can't be found. Maybe it's an permission issue? Any idea what might be the problem?

Changing the customerID of an existing customer does not retroactively adjust the customerID of tickets already submitted. Use Generic Agent to fix.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
