I'm having an issue where I'm trying to change notification settings for some agents, and upon hitting Update, nothing changes. This has happened before with some other settings, and all I could do to fix it was to restore an old backup that worked.
Any ideas?

I was able to resolve this particular issue. The DemoSystem was left on for whatever reason, and once I disabled it, I was able to save changes to the notification settings.
The other problems that I referenced in my last post was typically in regards to the default ticket state going to closed. I would type in the proper values, hit submit changes, and it just went back to what it was before I tried to make the change. All I could do on a quick notice was restore a working backup.
