I'm using a MySQL DB backend which works fine for known customers.
However, when we need to create a new phone or email ticket for an email address that is not in the DB (an unknown customer), the customer information panel populates with one of the customers in our DB (the first line in the DB, ID 1)
How can I make OTRS leave the Customer Information panel empty if it doesn't find a match?
