setting responsible in postmaster filters/generic agent

Hi, looked for answer without any success...

Is there a way to set responsible parameter through filters/generic agents?
Eg - every new ticket added to certain queue would have set "responsible" parameter to certain agent? Or better - in generic agent, next to "Set new agent/new owner:" field there would be a list for setting "Responsible:".

Hi there

I'm looking for a similar solution: We have a filter set, that puts mails to a certain adress in a default queue. Now we would like to define also the responsible according to an email-adress set in cc-field of the email. Does anyone know how this can be achieved?
