Hi.
Does anyone know how to set up a reply to ticket that does not have the whole email history in it?
On occasions this is too big to handle sensibly and is not necessary to send to the customer every time.
I would like however to have the option to also send the history.
I have found the global settings in sysconfig ( Ticket::Frontend::ResponseFormat) but if I remove $QData{"Body"} that will effect all the tickets.
Is it possible to have a response set up which adds this back in?
