Hide Agents from Online Dashboard Widget

I would like to Hide certain Agents from the Dashboard Widget. That way the supervisors can login and not have the other staff know they are on monitoring tickets. I have searched and can try and do the work if there isn't anyone who has tried this. But typically there would be a lot of testing first. And I was just hoping someone had tried and could save me the time.
