HI,
I want to implement OTRS in such a way that on the dashboard tickets are listed as per queue and not per state, this is because for me i only want two states; open and closed, then i have different queues i.e sales, finance, IT. When someone logs in they see instead of new, open reminder e.t.c they see sales, finance, IT. I have gone to Frontend::Agent::Dashboard and tried to change for instance Attribute from "StateType=new;" to "QueueID=IT;" for the ticket new and i then expected that i will only see tickets in queue IT on the row for new tickets but it did not work and all the tickets are listed.
Anybody who knows how to solve this? Thanks in advance
