Hi all,
in "Create new Phone ticket" is mandatory to fill with an email address.
If I don't have/need a Customer DB, is it possible to set OTRS to accept any text (such name, phone, etc)?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

eventually I think you are saying that I can use a false address or a mailbox just to manage the "email address-way of think" of OTRS.
Mailinator could be a solution but in my case we manage sensible data (for privacy law) and I don't like very much the idea...
